The proposal of the National Association of Industry and Commerce Textile and Apparel Chamber of Commerce believes that Industry 4.0 is a strategy proposed by Germany from the government level, representing the strategic layout and countermeasures of Germany from the national level to future manufacturing trends and related issues, and China’s proposed “informatization to promote industrialization”. There are many similarities in the “two-in-depth integration strategy” of “informatization promotion with industrialization, and taking a new road to industrialization”. The series of policies and measures it proposes deserve our serious reference.
